Manchester City gave evidence of a shift in their attacking ambitions by beating Bolton in an entertaining game. Manchester City beat Bolton Wanderers 3-2 at the Reebok Stadium to go top of the table after two weeks of Premier League action. Both teams were coming off huge wins over newly-promoted teams, but it was City who got the most confidence from their comprehensive savaging of poor Swansea City.
